About Aurealis Creatief
I am Els Bancken. For six winters, I lived and worked in Finnish Lapland, where the northern lights, the silence, and the eight seasons changed the way I see the world forever.
I now carry that sense of light, space, and wilderness with me—from the Norwegian coast to the Scottish Highlands and every wild place that moves me.
In an age of AI-generated images, I draw every line myself: using a tablet and stylus, colour and patience. You can sense that on the wall.
